TOYOPEARL DEAE-650C resin
is a weak anion exchanger for biomolecule purification.
The resin is composed of a base material of hydroxylated
methacrylic polymer beads that have been functionalized with diethylaminoethyl
(DEAE) weak anion exchange groups. TOYOPEARL
DEAE-650C has a high degree of chemical and mechanical stability, allowing
cleaning-in-place (CIP) and very high flow rates.
TOYOPEARL DEAE-650C has a 100 nm pore size and a 100 µm bead size and can be used for
high throughput capture, intermediate purification, and polishing process
steps.
If greater resolution is needed, the smaller particle
TOYOPEARL DEAE-650M, TOYOPEARL DEAE-650S, or TSKgel DEAE-5PW resins may
be used. As both the TOYOPEARL DEAE-650 and TSKgel DEAE-5PW resins use the same
ligand and backbone chemistry, the selectivity between the two resin types will
be unchanged.
