SkillPak BIO pre-packed columns are designed for process development and scale-up of multi-column and continuous chromatography processes. They are the only dedicated pre-packed columns for these applications on the market and guarantee optimal performance on all multi-column chromatography (MCC) systems, primarily our Octave™ BIO MCC System.
SkillPak 1 BIO (0.8 cm ID × 2.0 cm; 1 mL), SkillPak 5 BIO (1.6 cm ID × 2.5 cm; 5 mL), and SkillPak 10 BIO (1.6 cm ID × 5.1 cm; 10 mL) pre-packed columns are delivered ready to use packed with select TOYOPEARL resins optimal for MCC applications. They are ideally suited for screening and method development.
SkillPak 25 BIO (2.5 cm ID × 5.1 cm; 25 mL) and SkillPak 100 BIO (5.0 cm ID × 5.1 cm; 100 mL) pre-packed columns are delivered ready to use packed with select TOYOPEARL resins optimal for MCC applications. They are ideally suited for scale-up of MCC processes.
SkillPak BIO columns are available in kits that cover different MCC use cases. Each kit contains a single resin lot with low column-to-column variability ensuring optimal MCC performance.
