TSKgel G3000SWxl

Widely considered the premium columns for analyzing biopolymers by GFC, TSKgel G3000SWxl, 5 μm columns are an excellent choice for protein and large peptide separations.  The fractionation range is applicable for globular protein samples up to 0.5 million Da. These columns feature high pore volume per unit column volume, low sample adsorption and excellent column efficiency, all contributing to unsurpassed sample resolution.

Also available within the TSKgel G3000SWxl column line is a BioAssist column made of PEEK housing material to reduce sample adsorption to stainless steel or glass, and QC-PAK columns, which are 15 cm in length with 5 µm particles and offer the same resolution in half the time as the 30 cm TSKgel G3000SWxl column.
