TSKgel G4000SWxl

With 8 μm particles and 45 nm pores, TSKgel G4000SWxl columns provide the largest exclusion limit and the widest fractionation range within the TSKgel SWxl column line.  These columns are an excellent choice for pegylated proteins or glycosylated biomolecules.  The fractionation range is applicable for globular protein samples up to 7 million Da.

Widely considered the premium columns for analyzing biopolymers by GFC,  TSKgel G4000SWxl columns feature high pore volume per unit column volume, low sample adsorption and excellent column efficiency, all contributing to unsurpassed sample resolution.

Also available within the TSKgel G4000SWxl column line is a BioAssist column made of PEEK housing material to reduce sample adsorption to stainless steel or glass.
