TSKgel SuperSW2000

Featuring  4 μm particles, the TSKgel SuperSW2000 column provides high efficiency for peptides and proteins. The 12.5 nm pore size results in a fractionation range up to 150,000 Da for globular proteins.  The narrow 4.6 mm inner diameter of the TSKgel SuperSW2000 column provides higher sensitivity in sample-limited cases and to cut down on solvent use. It is important to employ an HPLC system that is optimized with regards to extra-column band broadening to take full advantage of the high column efficiency that can be obtained on TSKgel SuperSW columns.
