TOYOPEARL GigaCap DEAE-650M

TOYOPEARL GigaCap DEAE-650M media is a high capacity anion exchange resin optimized for the purification of proteins, including monoclonal antibodies.  The resin is composed of a base material of hydroxylated methacrylic polymer beads that have been chemically modified to provide a higher number of anionic binding sites and functionalized with diethyl amino ethyl (DEAE) weak anion exchange groups.

TOYOPEARL GigaCap DEAE-650 resin can be used for high throughput capture and intermediate purification of blood products and other proteins. TOYOPEARL GigaCap DEAE-650 resin is available in one particle size, 75 µm, which corresponds to the M-grade designation.

TOYOPEARL GigaCap DEAE-650M exhibits typical dynamic binding capacities > 156 g/L for BSA, maintains high capacity at increased linear velocities, has good pressure-flow characteristics, and will withstand back pressures up to 0.3 MPa.  

TOYOPEARL GigaCap DEAE-650M also has excellent binding and elution kinetics, which results in a more concentrated protein fraction collected during the elution step.
