Tosoh Bioscience Announces New TOYOPEARL NH2-750F Resin

King of Prussia, PA - Tosoh Bioscience LLC, a provider of chromatographic solutions for the isolation of biomolecules, announced today the release of an anion exchange chromatography resin designed for the purification of proteins in elevated salt conditions. This resin is now available for sale in the Americas from Tosoh Bioscience.

TOYOPEARL NH2-750F is ideal for process scale applications for the capture of proteins from biological feedstock (mammalian cell culture, plasma, bacterial feedstock, etc.).  In addition, this resin can be utilized in the intermediate or final purification of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) where aggregates and other impurities are removed from the target of interest.

The ability of TOYOPEARL NH2-750F to bind proteins at mobile phase conductivities of 15 mS/cm and greater reduces the need for sample dilution or buffer exchange prior to column loading.

According to Chris Manzari, Marketing Manager for process chromatography media at Tosoh Bioscience LLC, “We are very pleased to announce that this new TOYOPEARL NH2-750F resin, with its performance in high salt conditions, enables our customers to increase throughput while lowering their cost of production.”
