Polymethacrylate-based RP Columns

TSKgel® Octadecyl-2PW columns are ideally suited for peptides up to 8,000 Da and small proteins due to their 12.5 nm pore size. These columns demonstrate faster analysis than other competitive RP polymeric columns.

TSKgel® Octadecyl-4PW columns contain 50 nm pores, allowing for analytical and semi-preparative scale separations of proteins up to 200 kDa.

TSKgel® Octadecyl-NPR (non-porous resin) columns are prepared from non-porous methacrylate particles of uniform 2.5µm size, which provides high efficiency separations and fast analysis of peptides and proteins at sub-microgram loads.

The 100 nm pore size of the TSKgel® Phenyl-5PW RP columns accomodates globular protein samples up to 1.0 × 106 Da.
